Yes, consultations are required for all first time clients and for any new type of service.
We unfortunately do not. We operate by appointments only. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays.
Yes, there is plenty of street parking for our clients.
We currently accept Cash, Venmo, Zelle, and Cash app.
Cancellation & No Show Policy:
Clients are required to cancel no less than 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid a late or no show fee. The fee is half the amount of your appointment, due via electronic payment. If you rebook an appointment, the fee will be applied as a credit to your future appointment. We may also require a credit/debit card to be held on file for future booking.
Late Arrivals Policy:
Late arrivals will result in a shortened treatment time at the clients expense. Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to your appointment to avoid any delays and to ensure you benefit from your scheduled time.
Refund Policy:
We do not provide refunds for any services rendered or products purchased.
Consultation Policy:
All clients receiving any service for the first time at The Sweet Spot Med Spa & Electrolysis, will be required to have a consultation appointment first.
Client Health Policy:
If you are determined to have a medical condition that is deemed unsafe, you will be required to provide a clearance note from your medical provider before any treatments can be received.
